If there is flashback happened, please check the cable connection and switch to Type-C connection. ●For Windows, Extend displays via- Settings > Display > A couple of Displays > Extend these displays. ●For Mac, Extend desktop via: Make a selection Apple > menu > System Preferences, then click Displays. Make a selection the Arrangement tab. Make certain that the Mirror Displays checkbox isn’t selected.
